In short, personal branding is the process of intentionally crafting your public image to showcase your unique value proposition, skills, expertise, and personality. Me, for example, my brand is the “idea girl.” This comes from clients who have told me that they can always count on me to come up with good ideas.

Well, for one thing, it allows you to distinguish yourself from others in your field. By highlighting your unique strengths and values, you can stand out from the crowd and position yourself as the best fit for a particular role or opportunity. Not everyone can be the idea girl, some people struggle with creativity. In that way, I’m able to differentiate myself.
