How things have changed! There are social channels targeting professionals (LinkedIn), influencers (Instagram/TikTok), and even micro platforms like Mastodon to consider. And then there are the privacy issues and the crackdown on data sharing that makes targeting personas difficult at best.
The best tip for any business interested in social media marketing is to prioritize building and nurturing authentic relationships with your audience.

Maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms. Regularly share valuable and engaging content to keep your audience interested and connected to your brand. Consistency builds trust and helps establish your business as a reliable source of information or products/services. Consistency is also a key to audience growth. - Quality over quantity
Focus on producing high-quality content that adds value to your audience’s lives. Share informative articles, entertaining videos, eye-catching visuals, and actionable tips – not just from your company but also from other reliable sources. By offering valuable content, you’ll encourage engagement and increase the likelihood of your audience sharing your posts with their own networks. - Engage and interact
